Brian is the voice of reason at In The Groove. A seasoned composer and vintage gear junkie, he can often be found playing drums on any number of our projects. His free time is filled with golf, downhill skiing, wakeboarding, and cooking needlessly extravagant meals with his family.

Joey came to us straight from King’s College London. He brings forward thinking ideas and a mastery of all keyboard instruments. His off hours revolve around biking and touring and recording with Rogue Valley and other Minneapolis bands.

Danny is a diverse, gifted composer and producer. His curiosity leads him to constantly seek out new bands, unknown artists, and cutting edge sounds – melding all of these influences into every project he approaches. Off hours find him cooking, downhill skiing, bicycling, and training his miniature dachshund.

Casey is a multi-instrumentalist, including lesser known instruments like the Marxophone. He collects these, learns about them, and adds their voices to his composing palette. To top it off, he’s a trained singer, which we find endlessly useful. Free time means basketball, bowling and playing several instruments in several bands.

Drew is a guitar virtuoso and a wonderful composer. He is up for any and all musical challenges. He is soft spoken, but mixes quite loudly. He also produces a number of our licensable artists. Away from work, he writes music on his iPad, bowls, and maintains the house he shares with his girlfriend and their dog.
